Shipping policy

All shipments are made via USPS and are provided with a tracking number. Delivery time is approx. 5-7 business days after the day it leaves our facility. Shipping times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. LC Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, you must contact us and we will contact our shipping carrier and start an investigation.

 

• Shipping:

-Tracking numbers are provided with every single package we ship! An email with your tracking number will be provided once your item(s) have shipped.

-We offer free shipping on all order of $100 or more within the United States.

-Delays with shipping.

-Products that have been lost or damaged within the mail system.

-If your product has been marked delivered by the post office you will need to locate your local post office for information regarding your package. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
